Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and flexible furniture assembler for our client.

We are seeking a furniture assembler who enjoys varied workdays and taking responsibility. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with practical assembly work and responsibility for a small team. The position is a direct recruitment where you will become an important part of our client's business.

As an assembler, you will work on assembly assignments at the customer's location, where you will also drive the company's car. The work involves a lot of customer contact and requires a social and service-oriented attitude, while also enjoying working independently and handling longer car journeys between assignments.

In some projects, you will take on the role of a project manager, where you will be responsible for leading and distributing work for up to four assemblers during ongoing assembly. Therefore, it is important that you have authority and are comfortable with taking responsibility and making quick decisions.

When you are not out on assembly, you will work at the company's warehouse in Stigamo, where you will handle materials and prepare for upcoming assignments. The role is flexible, and no day is the same as the other.

Your responsibilities include:

Perform assembly assignments at the customer's location.
Drive the company's car.
Lead and be responsible for a small team when needed.
Warehouse work and preparations when not out on assembly.
Handle tools and materials in a structured and efficient manner.

Working hours: Basic hours 7-16, but vary depending on travel time and projects.

Overnight stays: Approximately 1 night per month in connection with longer assignments.

As the work will take place at different locations and you will work closely with your team members, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities. We are looking for someone who is responsible, flexible, and enjoys working in a team with others.

We prefer if you have any of the following:

Skilled and experienced in assembly work.
Precise and used to working with details to ensure high quality.
Experience with tools.
Experience in reading drawings and ensuring correct placement of materials.
B driver's license for manual cars.
Proficient in Swedish in writing and speaking.
Unconvicted in the police's criminal record. Extract from the criminal record may be required if you proceed in the process.
